We opened LiveWell Family Chiropractic in 2012 to serve the West Edmonton community and surrounding areas of St. Albert, Spruce Grove, and Stony Plain. We're here to educate, inspire, and empower families to make the best health decisions so they can live happy, healthy, vibrant lives. We're happy to announce that our office has reopened. Rest assured, we're taking additional steps to ensure our practice remains clean and safe. We're located on 155th St. in the four-story Meadowlark Place Professional Building, which is right next door to the Meadowlark Medical Mall and just behind the TD Bank.
Dr. Jennie Stepney has seen a chiropractor since she was about 5 years old. I grew up knowing that chiropractic was a career path that interested me. I always knew I wanted to work with children and watch them grow up healthy without medical-assisted interventions like drugs or surgery. Dr. Jennie attended the University of Wisconsin Madison before moving to Minnesota to pursue her dream of becoming a chiropractor.
Dr. Claire is a passionate woman, chiropractor and lover of life. She was born and raised in a small town on the northern coast of California and absolutely loves to travel and explore nature. Through her love of learning, she completed a bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of California, Santa Cruz and earned her Doctorate of Chiropractic from Life Chiropractic College West.

We started bringing our baby to Dr Anna. She is exceptional! She is so knowledgeable and truly makes every visit special. We bring our baby to help with his reflux and colic. It has definitely helped him out! Their clinic is very family friendly and frequently has fun contests going on every month. My husband started going there for regular adjustments too!

Covid measures are not important to Live well. During the brief time of masks being optional I had visited a few times for my babys torticollis at the advice of a doctor. I was the only one visible in the facility wearing a mask out of staff and patients. Considering how many infants I saw I would expect a "medical" facility to want to protect their most vulnerable.
On another note Dr.Anna did wear a mask when dealing directly with my baby which was appreciated. She is also super kind and friendly. I would give a higher rating but the lack of covid concern of the facility left a bad taste in my

Dr. Anna is one of the kindest, empathetic and knowledgeable chiros I've ever seen. She was referred to me during my pregnancy, and I received treatment throughout. Today my 6 day old son had his first adjustment by her and from start to finish I felt calm, and had complete trust in her. She was so gentle, dimmed the lights for him, he was so relaxed. Highly recommend Livewell, everyone front the front end staff to the Dr's you truly get the best care because they care!

This is literally the best place ever to go for Chiro! Dr. Kris is amazing! He takes the time to educate on the process, takes time to understand how he can help, truly cares about his patients and gives great advice. Everyone in the office is amazing! I love this office. This group of chiropractors go above and beyond for their clients. They are all very professional, welcoming, warm, cheerful, fun and treat their clients like each and everyone of us are important. These doctors have the best ‘bedside manner’ I have ever seen. All the staff seem truly committed to helping me leave feeling better than when I arrived! Our chiropractor is patient with the children and well knowing for helping them and keeping them calm. The office staff are always friendly and able to help with the kids while you get adjusted and there is even a little area with toys to keep them occupied! We see Dr. Anna and have seen great improvements for our youngest dealing with colic and for myself with pregnancy complications and postpartum recovery. Highly recommend!

LiveWell Family Chiropractic office is an amazing place. I first became a patient after I brought my 8 week old son in. He is now 20 months and our entire family continues to go regularly to Dr. Anna. She is so sweet to our family, we feel like she truly cares for us and that she is our friend.

I've been going to LiveWell for a few months now, and couldn't be happier. The staff are friendly, and always happy to see you. Dr. Kris and Dr. Anna both really care about their patients, and their journey. I love that they have great hours, do regular progress exams, and are super flexible about scheduling. My first visit there, the office manager made a point of introducing herself, and all of the staff made an effort to learn my name. I most definitely recommend them!

Dr. Anna has been treating our whole family for several months now. I started when I was 7 months pregnant and it made a world of difference! The last 2 months of my pregnancy were so comfortable and I slept so well even when I was 10 days overdue! She started treating my baby when he was just a week old and he loves her!

Before finishing our first visit we knew this was where we wanted to continue our care. Such a friendly office and Dr. kris is fantastic. The thing that really set it apart from the other chiropractors my family has visited is that we left with an action plan for the road ahead, and Dr kris took the time to reach out by phone to see if we had any questions or concerned.
