Was double charged for a purchase. Notified them immediately and they told me the refund takes 8 days to process. Staff offered no help to get my purchase refunded quickly. Rental was not ready for pickup as told and I was waiting for over an hour to get the equipment ready. This was the worst rental experience I have ever been apart of.

The power analyzer (Fluke 435 II)we rented did not record data for a month and we had to incur additional expenses while having no cost offset offered by TRS-RenTelco. The fluke 435 II worked when first received for initial setup but not data was recorded on 30 unattended test. We had to rent the device a second time and would have appreciated some form of compensation. Not likely to use TRS-RenTelco again because of this

TRS is the worst company to do business with. I paid with a wire transfer for a versiv tester and gave them my credit card to pay for the shipping, they charge the tester on my card and after a week of back and forth with TRS, am still fighting to get my refund back to my card. I should have bought the tester from AAA tester, they are a straight forward company. TRS have disrupted my company operation and we are planning legal action against them.

I've always had a great experience doing business with TRS on rentals as well as purchases. Nobody's perfect but you can't go wrong when dealing with professionals. If you have any issues with products or services you may need to take it up the chain of command but believe me when I say that you are a valued customer here!
