We called Nusite to waterproof our house that was built in the 30’s. Waterproofing had to be performed from the inside due to the benchfooting. Gemil was our rep and his knowledge and professionalism was obvious and very much appreciated. The Nusite team came in and the job was quick, clean and stress free. My home was built in the 20’s. I hired NUSITE because my neighbour was using them so I reached out. Gemil was my rep. He is extremely knowledgeable about his craft and passionate about it also. He made daily visits to my home to keep tabs on his staff. He didn’t just secure the sale and bail. My home required benching and waterproofing. Gemil is a walking encyclopedia on construction and water. I learned a lot from him and he has a jovial personality since I was very stressed about my situation. I am so happy we chose Nusite to waterproof our basement. We had water seepage and a mold smell coming from our basement. Gemil assessed our situation and gave his honest recommendation. It has been 2.5 years since the work has been done and our basement no longer leaks or smells. They are so professional and reliable. We had a sump pump installed and something happened with the pipe internally that was causing a leak. I contacted Gemil outside of regular hours and his customer service was excellent. He got someone to come almost immediately. Lloyd was able to fix the problem and no damage occurred

Hired Nusite to waterproof my house after years of leaks. Brad who came to give the quote was very friendly and knowledgeable and gave me options. The work was done fast. The crew was in and out in a day and a half over a weekend. All the workers were friendly. I would have given a 5 star review, but a couple of things caused a 4. First there was a dependency from what Brad said was to be done to what the foreman thought was to be done. That caused a little stress right off the top, but with calls to the owners that was settled and the quote was honored. I think better communication between office

The Nusite Team did a great job on our basement waterproofing project. Marco and the team were professional and cordial. They worked with us to manage to soil removal and storage to stage it in a way that would be least disruptive to our neighbours. They were responsive to our requests and worked well to solve arising issues. They left our property very clean and tidy.

I would like to give my thanks to Milton, Jacob, Eric and all those at Nusite who helped deliver a long time wish into reality.
I have a backsplit home, and about 40% the footprint of the house is a crawl space which is (3'10") tall.
Naturally, I wanted this "dead" space made more functional.
Basic overview of work:
I wanted the finished product to be 8ft in height.
Two crawlspace rooms to be merged.
Load bearing wall between rooms to be knocked out and replaced with steel I-beam.
Final room footprint is 20' X 20'.
They would need to excavate about 4-5 feet down.
Overpour method used for

I had a lot of questions as our case was a very special one. He answered everything flawlessly, without being pushy in the least. He really listened to our concerns and was very thorough.
