The service of Contact Security is second to none. From start to finish, the process of quoting and installing rhe security cameras in our strata complex was a breeze, and our ownership was pleasantly surprised by the price of the system. The installers were amazing and took the time filly explain the software, and the cameras were set in the best spots. I had to really look to find them. Definitely 5 stars

This company is the embodiment of the exact reason why giving business to a locally owned and operated entity holds enormous advantages over those large corporations. I had a problem with some equipment I purchased (many years ago) and was able to talk directly to the owner and come to a fair agreement to resolve the problem. This is something you just can't do with those other big corporations. The products are solid, the knowledge and experience of their employees is outstanding and I'd recommend them to anyone.

Farouk came to our home as we had been experiencing a “ Telco error “ indicated on our system for a while. The home itself could be locked and secured but the App was unusable. Farouk was absolutely amazing. He dealt with a complex situation involving the telecom hub and the wifi router. He had it all done, tested, and App working within 30 minutes. We had tried a number of phone calls to our telecom and Best Buy amongst others and nobody seemed to have an answer. Farouk had it solved and the system and App fully operational in half an hour.
