Services
PDTB was founded in 1999 as a litigation firm and emerged into a full service law firm in 2016 with the merger of Pretsell Davies and Thompson Benton. We have offices in Belleville and Picton, Ontario and service all of eastern Ontario. Our team of lawyers cover all the areas of law you would expect.
Mike was born and raised in the Hamilton area and remains a diehard Tiger Cats fan. Following his six years of service with the Canadian Armed Forces, Mike completed his Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Manitoba and his law degree at Queen's University in 1994. Mike articled and worked as an associate at a local litigation firm until he found the predecessor to Pretsell Davies in 1999.
Pretsell Davies Thompson Benton Ltd. is a full service law firm with offices in both Belleville and Picton, Ontario. Anyone who has been seriously injured as a result of the negligence of another may be entitled to financial compensation. Most often the source of that compensation is an insurance company.
