All Items are warranted for ONE YEAR. Warranty is for part replacement only. If there is a problem with the item, please notify us prior to altering or installing the item. Altered, abused or improperly installed/maintained items will void the warranty. Warranty is not transferable. Warranty does not cover labor, towing, rentals, storage, legal fees, lost wages or any other incidental fees.

They really have a hard time with customer service. Hard to get a hold of someone, online chat sucks wouldn't recommend find another place to buy Autoparts!

I had a strange and unpleasant experience.. found this place online and shows new VALEO alternator for a great price. chose ONE day shipping to get it asap. I watched for updates on my profile on the website and showed the order being " PROCESSING " for 2 full days. I tried to contact them which ever way but no one was responding... phone, email, online chat, and even facebook.
I ended up rushing to a local shop and getting a reman VALEO just to have my car back on the road. At 7pm on day 2, I received the package! Its day 3 now and website still says "Processing" so this should be addressed for

Very bad service, when the product still under warranty had problem,they ask you to send back the product and they will refund,after the product send out to them,no response for any email and phone call,I not trust this store any more.
