Love this place. Absolutely amazing customer service from the two pharmacist who also owns the place. Nomatter how many questions you have or need tons of assistance, they always have a smile for you and always make you feel like you are a special customer. Excellent, bilingual, independent pharmacists (not a franchise) with a clear focus on the community and neighbourhood. The owners are available to give talks at neighbourhood charities and community groups. There are placards in the windows outlining all the pharmaceutical services they offer: for the elderly, for immigrants, consultations, etc. Stock is entirely apothecary centric - all medical. Their non-percription selection is smaller: no pencils, or sharpeners, no make-up or cameras.

In an age where many big pharmacies are so busy few take the time each customer needs so they take their meds correctly, this is the kind of pharmacy our community needs. The pharmacists are not only friendly, warm, and personable, but they REALLY take the time to know your file. Not only will they prepare your prescriptions, tell you how to take them, and explain the side effects, but they’ll deliver them for free and if you have an everyday health problem like a cold or flu for example, they will take the time to help you find an over the counter solution (if there is one) to your symptoms

Exceptional service,the pharmacy is currently run by two owners that really take care of their patients as people and not just a prescription.Personalised service tailored to a person needs all done in courtesy and as quick as possible.No long lines like at most pharmacies.Lots of services located in the heart of ndg.
