Bought a bike for my wife’s bday in Sept 2020. They didn’t have one her size so I took a medium size and Jim said he would call me as soon as he gets a small one. I know it’s hard to get any stock these days but it’s been over a year. Meanwhile I hear/see other people getting new bikes from Jim’s. When call, they tell me “probably next month”.

Consistently excellent service, 100%. Last spring I was shopping around for two entry level "good quality" bikes. After some research and very helpful advise from the shop we landed on our Garneau Hybrid bikes, we have enjoyed them ever since. I also went back this spring for my first spring tune up which was included in my bike purchase, again excellent service from Jim and the team. Highly recommend...

I was in today to have a small issue repaired on my seat post. Jim was great, he did it while I was waiting and then I decided I needed a new helmet, he again took the time to adjust it to fit my head and it fits great. My second time in and both times he made me feel like I was the only one in there and was not in a hurry to get you out the door. Will definitely be doing all my bike shopping and or repairs there. Thank you Jim!!!

Staff were very helpful and after purchase of a escooter, I received above and beyond service in regards to a charging issue with the product to no fault of the store. A replacement was given to me, but the staff went out of their way, in their OWN TIME, outside of opening hours to collect and build another escooter for me. Furthermore they also spoilt my dog with treats. 😎👍

Outstanding service every time! I needed a new set of tires that would be faster than my original cyclecross tires but also had a good grip for trails and some tune up in time for a trip to St Andrews. Despite being super busy, Jim and his team were able to accommodate my needs and get my bike ready and perfect on time! And the tires were exactly what I was looking for! Super happy and great rides in St Andrews!

Over years of dealing with the staff at My Bike Shop in the city, they have never failed to deliver a quality job done on time at a fantastic price.
