We had an irrigation system installed late last summer, including sprinkles for our lawns, drip lines for gardens, and also some path lighting and in-ground lighting for effect. It all works perfectly.
Ryan is terrific to deal with. He is very busy, so sometimes a little slow to respond, but he always returns calls and emails. If anything is urgent, he tends to it immediately. He prioritizes well.

We've done two projects with Ryan at our home in Guelph. 1st was a WiFi controlled sprinkler system for our front and back yards 2.5 years ago. Initially what we liked about Ryan was his enthusiasm. Even though he was just getting his business off the ground, he knew his product. After a couple of meetings we were ready to give him a chance (did not check references). The sprinkler system has not disappointed. Even when the install ran longer that expected Ryan came back on the Sunday afternoon to finish things up and meet his promised install date.

We started with Ryan last fall while under landscape construction to make everything work together. Ryan did not complete because of a busy schedule as we were told, but were to be first on the list come spring. Ryan showed up once after plenty off calls in spring and not answering most, to date, now nearly end of June , no communication after emails and calls. Project not even half complete , with leaks, and not a care from Ryan as our landscape is complete and everything is now without water. Ryan put together a reasonable package at a competitive price-point. However, what sold us was the obvious care and pride that Ryan and Progressive Irrigation Solutions puts towards each install. Following the installation, the support and communication has been excellent. Too often, I have found that companies aren't interested in any type of ongoing relationship, which is disappointing. This is not the case with Ryan Collette and his team.
