At this location I seem to feel like I am disturbing someone's time. This is my 3rd visit. The last time the person kept telling me that's really expensive you may want something different after each choice. What is this about? Do I need to dress a certain way to shop here?
Also I called in to ask if paint can be made from rgb colours. I got 8 colours together. Went in and was told that this is not possible.the person seemed to be really annoyed with me. It was waste of my time. I was frustrated and I won't be back.
I have the opposite experience at the long lake location. Is it staff training

I wanted to say that I had an absolutely amazing experience with Kelly from Barrydowne paint! I contacted them through their online messaging system and we were able to do everything. I provided a couple of pictures of what I wanted and she sent me multiple colours that matched what I was looking for. We even talked about the transition of colours to ensure they would match. Kudos to them! It took less then 20mins from choosing colours for multiple rooms, paint brushes etc.

This was efficient, personable and extremely useful. I was simply amazed! I brought in a tiny little sample of a colour I wanted matched. It was a mistint that I bought at the Barrydowne store several years earlier. Vanessa at the Long Lake store, told me it too small to put in the machine to match. She pulled out her colour chart and matched the colour perfectly....by eye!!! Thank you Vanessa!! (And Barrydowne Paint) 🏆🏆

I used to trust their products and expertise ....but they recently gave me bad advice, the wrong products and have made this project a nightmare. The Long Lake manager, Brook, even mixed the wrong color from previous purchase. No one has called after I called twice! Do not recommend them....When managers try to Run a store, it works better with owners there to answer complaints!
