What and how we eat and the affects it has on us is a key focus of my practice. Food intolerances, deficiencies and excesses are associated with many chronic illnesses. My approach is to identify the best diet for the individual. Diet changes can be used for cleansing purposes and to discover intolerances.

Naturopathic medicine is covered by most extended health care plans - please check with your insurance provider to find out about your specific coverage. All fees are due at the time of the visit and are payable by cash, debit, cheque, Visa or Mastercard. Direct Billing is now available for many insurance plans.
Please print the paperwork and take time to thoroughly and thoughtfully complete it. When you have finished filling in the forms please read and sign the consent form. Bring the forms to your first visit, or scan and email the forms before your first visit. You may also drop off the forms in advance at the office or send in the mail if it is at least 2 weeks before your visit.
