Abandoned desk and left passengers to their own devices. We arrived in YDF on an evening flight. We had called ahead (3 days prior) to book a taxi to Corner Brook. When we arrived, we identified ourselves to the gentleman at the Deer Lake Taxi desk. We were come back once we retrieved our bags.
Upon returning with our bags, we were told to wait. The gentleman then left the desk and literally disappeared (i.e., left the airport) leaving us and other pre-booked passengers to our own devices. It seems he realized there were very short on taxis, did not reserve anything for us (or any of the reservations
