In case of damage done to a property, such as dents to the walls or flooring, Ottawa Pro Movers is covered by 2,000,000$ in liabilities coverage, with deductible of 1000 $ paid by a customer.In case of damage done to the furniture or any other items during the move we provide Standard Valuation Coverage of 0.6$ per pound, at no additional cost to all our customers.

For moves of 2 bedroom apartment or bigger it is recommended to add an additional mover at the rate of 39$/hour. Get loading and unloading help from our qualified moving helpers. After the minimum hours have expired additional time is charged in 30 min increments. Your quoted rate will stay the same. No hidden charges. 2. One of the movers seemed very grumpy and he actually carried an ikea table and put it down on its corner on my brand new hardwood flooring right in front of me, then cursed and told me I should get things to put under the feet of the table or else it will scratch the floor (lies, we both knew what I saw! And the table legs already have rubber stoppers. Who puts a table down on the sharp corner? Now my hardwood floor has a dent in it.
Then he must have smack talked me to his partner because his friendly partner came in to apologize to me.

Our family's return to the area was made more difficult this time because it came as a surprise, and I left my foreign diplomatic posting before my family members, who stayed at the post until school concluded. The Ottawa Pro Movers team was really quick and accommodating. The process of gaining access was particularly smooth and efficient. The assembly of the furniture was very excellent. The service was excellent!

The guys are awesome I gave them unlimited soft drinks it's not much but least I can do...everyone needs to stay hydrated ...very physical job!!...the went out of their way above and beyond the call of duty to please their clients..

Ottawa Pro Movers provided me with a great experience. They were really helpful from the first phone conversation until the relocation was completed, walking me through each stage of the process. For the day, I was given three movers. They were fantastic, and they worked so hard! I couldn't have wished for a more enjoyable time. Thank you all for making my move so simple.

I would give ZERO star if I could. I do not recommend this company.
I've moved many times and this is the first horrible experience I've encountered with any moving company.
When it comes to moving, Ottawa Pro Movers showed no professionalism and care. They damaged the walls and door frame at the old address. They also did not wrap all of the furniture in blankets. My leather sofa, leather bed, massage chair and dining table arrived at the new address all damaged. The sofa had damages in 7 spots. They even lost the shelving from a media cabinet!

Excellent service. My movers were prompt, professional and efficient. The fees were reasonable for the service received (half of the first quote I received when looking for movers). I had to step out the morning of my move leaving friends to manage things for the first half hour- wasn't a problem. I only wish I knew their names so I could give more kudos here.
All my furniture was wrapped for its protection, they also disassembled and reassembled my heavy wooden sleigh bed. Much appreciated!

I wouldn't recommend. An hour late which isn't a huge deal usually but we were picking up furniture from someone who was on a tight schedule and they knew that. The movers were friendly but not professionals. I had to load/unload into the truck, keep the movers moving and then they overcharged us. The driver was incredibly rude and not helpful, left the truck open and unattended in Centertown while he went into my building to post flyers which my condo doesn't allow. And the finale was being overcharged from the prices on their website. Keep looking, this company isn't one I
