I just had an EXTREMELY unpleasant experience with an agent named Ramis Khawaja and will never ever will be willing to work with him or his partners.
It first started with me willing to see a specific unit in a specific building, and to my surprise when the guy came in, he was referring to a different unit with a budget much higher than what i was… specifying.
He then suggests another unit in a different building, which i accepted to visit. After we set the price and agree to move ahead with the application, I find myself being literally dragged for three days of going back and forth with

Horrible service. Waited over 1 1/2 hours, so that at the end the representative Faith could tell me that I have to wait another 30 minutes before I could book my exam online and that she could not book it for me over the phone. Absolutely ridiculous.

On the OREA website it says they have (FINALLY) figured out online exams and they will be held as of July 4th..,. First available booking is August 19th at 2AM. Good job OREA, it took you 3 months to figure out online proctoring and you still managed to screw it up somehow 👏

I'm surprised they're allowed to call themselves a "college", it brings a bad name to proper institutions that provide professional administrative services and education. The courses are filled with fluff and you'll be gauged with nonsense fees when it comes to rescheduling exams. I'm so pleased that this is all moving to Humber College, I hope they do a better job of managing this process. If I could give no stars I would.

All Ontario colleges and universities have setup proper online courses and testing. Even elementary schools have set it up properly months in advance. Why do I have to wait another month and a half to write my online exam with limited availability. It doesn't make any sense. This is very frustrating.

A place that reminds you you're there to get certified. They have little hours of operation to support students and as they are closing they are spending less on the instructors and exam slots. It sucks for students but it's business at the end of the day. Money grab for the college at this point...

What kind of organization is this as even their phone operator does not respond and also can not leave voice mail because it is full. Pls also be aware of OREA forms they are exclusively prepared to protect agents , as such if u are asked to sign any from that has OREA logo or prepared by them, read carefully , even better not sign.

Been trying for two days to get through to OREA during business hours to schedule an exam and the line says "customer is unavailable at the moment." No mailbox to leave messages so you're stuck trying to keep calling. Very frustrating and poor customer service. I'm on a deadline and no support from a service that I pay into.

Cancelled the test because of flooding and never received any call or email. I showed up after taking a day off from work and receptionist did not say even ‘Sorry’. She was rude and not really helpful.. education should begin from your own office. Please educate and train your staff before training and making professionals. They need to be more responsible and competent.

I don’t think the reception staff has the minimum knowledge of what customer care means, let alone the 30-40 min waiting on the phone to answer a simple question.
I don’t know how much it will cost them just to smile or talk to students politely . They seem as they are doing favour with a very negative attitude.

I have been Volunteering for OREA since 2015 and must say that I cannot speak highly enough about the amazing team we have.
This organization has done wonders for its membership and I have learned soo much in the past 5 years! I truly believe this organization is doing a great service for not just REALTORS® but everyone looking at purchasing real… estate in Ontario!

Replace your csr with polite and helpful people who does not hang up on students who is trying to call to get help, were on hold for 25 min, and then hanged up on after few rude words.

Very incompetent and abrasive staff. I cannot get a direct answer from anyone. I was put on hold about 5 times and the calls were dropped subsequently after. I was told to call back when there is a supervisor or team lead available; however this was during their hours of operation therefore they should have a supervisor there at all times! There is… no reason why there shouldn’t be as each student pays $3500 plus, being short-staffed is no excuse. As a student I am paying a course fee (which is quite costly), I expect competent staff who know what they are talking about and in a timely

I went here for one week class. Customer service at the front desk is not so friendly. But teachers are great.
