The Holistic approach, which has been around since the time of Hippocrates, recognizes the tendency of nature to form wholes that are greater than the sum of the parts - this is true as well, if not especially, for people.

We provide a variety of services to assist and encourage you in reaching your health and wellness goals. Whether you are looking to resolve a chronic complaint like arthritis or a digestive disorder; to heal an acute issue like an injury; or are simply looking to learn a little more about caring for your body - we want to help!

Through therapeutic counselling, Grace endeavours to help guide you through the highs and lows of your life's journey. Ryan is passionate about using massage therapy to improve quality of life and perception of personal well-being. He is trained in many massage therapy techniques.

With training in multiple modalities including holistic nutrition, iridology, and electrodermal screening Melanie is equipped to help her clients along the path to optimal health.Stephanie graduated from the Ontario College of Health and Technology with her massage therapy diploma. In addition, she is a Certified Athletic Therapist who graduated from Sheridan College with her Bachelor's in Applied Health Science (Athletic Therapy).
