We had a fantastic experience with Melo. They took a lot of time discussing our needs and how we’d use the kitchen. They came up with some ingenious and practical ideas which we really use. The design, communication and quality of the build is superb. Will definitely be using them again.

I used melo, the first time and their work was phenomenal, but the second time, i am not impressed it been less than 5 yrs n my kitchen cabinets are falling apart, i called no one returned my call. I get that they are busy. But not even a courtesy call.

They don't do woodworking - contrary to their company name. I asked for a quote on a 68 inch Vanity, 7 ft linen closet, and 9 foot dresser. They asked that we go in to meet and discuss. We went in with pictures and dimensions and we waited weeks for a quote and they never got back to us. I followed up via email asking if they had an idea on cost only to be told that that they don't do furniture and only do kitchen cabinetry. My parents had a vanity made by them awhile ago but, regardless, why set an appointment for us to come in and discuss knowing what we're asking for is furniture? They wasted
