This place is absolutely discussing! We were travelling from southern ontario, my husband booked a campsite online, by looking at the pictures. Upon arrival the front office was falling down, the suppose box to check for check ins was rotten and falling apart. The weeds were so tall my husband had to cut the weeds with scissors to access the hydro. Tried to pluge our hydro in and it didnt work. Now we were stranded trying to find somewhere to stay with 4 small children in the middle of know where. A very uneasy feeling, when trying to enjoy a holiday. Finally was able to contact someone after 4

Place is closed. Lunch counter is shut down. The campground is a self register concept of a parking lot.

Worst place we have stayed at! Washrooms were not clean. Overpriced at $45 + tax😩. If you can stay someplace else you would be happier! Don’t stay here unless you absolutely can’t find some other place to stay!!!

There are signs that years ago, this was a very nice campground. Not anymore. First off my husband had called to secure a reservation, upon arrival the host said you don’t have a reservation, but we have room. They don’t accept credit cards and do not give change for US dollars. I’m guessing we overpaid about $10. They said they had WiFi, no options came up on the either of our phones. The bathrooms would have been fine, except after the first approximately 2 minutes of cold then warmer water, there was only a dribble in the shower. None in the sink. Our site was good, there were only 3 other

Great overnight stop. Private shower washrooms but very musty and moldy smelling. Good laundry facilities, but that room smells too. Treed campsites, good value for the price.

Perfect for overnight camping. Clean and safe. Good amenities, convenience store and all. Only thing is that it is cash only. Staff helpful and friendly.
Enjoy!

Made reservations by phone and ended up canceling once office opened. Website is not current: office is only open 5-9 pm, was told restaurant closed fall of 2015, and maybe we hit a off day but bathrooms were looking a bit below weather and need of a serious cleaning. We ended up staying across the way at the Neys Provincial Park campground which was fantastic. Very clean comfort stations/showers and restrooms and great view of bay.

Quite Nice campground. A Little bit expensive though. The washrooms smelled unventilated when we arrived, but the positive thing about them is they are private ( toilet, shower and sink in one room you can lock). The wifi only worked when you are close to the Office. The water at our campsite looked like milk mixed with water, so not sure if you can drink it. But the drinking water Taps were there and there were Signs for it. The owner was very friendly and the store, lcbo and beer store are a plus. Minor is the lack of Place where you can do the laundry.
Good stop when travelling through, but

Amazing service! Pulled off the highway and asked for a secluded spot during the long weekend, they gave us a perfect back lot where we could run out dog and not worry about others. Staff was very accommodating and facilities were all well kept and overall great night. Would highly recommend!
