WWGC is a not for profit organization that is proud to offer a unique, innovative and creative approach to gymnastics instruction. We believe that coaching and sport participation should also help develop a child's emotional, mental and physical attributes and self-esteem. We are grateful to have the opportunity to teach your children and hopefully inspire them to lead healthy and positive lifestyles.
In our safe, fun and family-friendly environment, we offer gymnastics and tumbling programs for all ages and skill levels. We believe that gymnastics can enhance the all-around physical health of everyone, and that it provides an excellent motor skill and strength base for all sports and life skills.

Services
Previously we were following the Badge Program which labeled classes by color. Below is the order of classes we were previously using and what that would now transition over to. If you are unsure what class your child would be in, you can call the gym to schedule an assessment for $20.
Your athlete will still be encouraged to come to the final month, but this allows us enough administrative time to contact families on our waiting list and transition your child out of our programming until your ready to enroll again in the future! This program requires an AGF Membership fee of $95 since they will be learning "flips" on the sprung equipment.

Teen & Adult Gymnastics Classes do not have a specific curriculum like our Beginner-Advanced classes. The first hour will be structured gymnastics, conditioning and a fun upbeat work out. Our coaches will give moderations for all abilities, so no experience is required. The last half an hour of these classes will be open style gym for you to work on your own skills of your choice.
Both Summer Fun camps and Skill clinics will offer gymnastics instruction, but fun camps will also incorporate park trips, pool afternoons (one or two times per week, we are still confirming with West Minster) crafts and games. If you are not comfortable with your child going to the pool, we will have the option for your child to stay back at the gym on pool afternoons.
Men's Artistic Gymnastics (MAG) is a highly disciplined, perfection based sport. Athlete's train year round to perfect and compete routines on the five events listed below. Athletes are given flexible training commitments over July & August, but encouraged to train as much as possible to learn skills of higher difficulty.
The FAST Program is comprised of four levels and it is meant to prepare athletes to transition and compete at the provincial level. FAST athletes have the option to compete, but it is not mandatory. This program provides both male and female athletes with the opportunity to be a part of a close-knit team due to the many hours of consistent training and team bonding activities.

The facility looks great but don't be fooled by the looks alone. I had my girl in the competitive program for more than one year with no results. Lack of effective communication, make their own rules, coaches inconsiderate towards hearing members concerns. The club has potential, however, they don't care about the feelings of their athletes. The daughter loved her team, some of the coachs behaviour is questionable.
Negative experience. I definitely do not recommend.

Amazing gym coaches are great not only are they great with all the athletes but there teaching is amazing, my daughter is on the competition side and we couldn’t be happier, this is her second gym and this blows our previous place out of the water. I would recommend to all my friends and family and will talk very highly of our experiences here!!!

Website hours and google hours are not accurate at all. They have different hours posted both places, but still neither of those are accurate. Tried to sign my kid up twice now, made sure I went in at a time that was the same for both their website and google. They were closed both times, tried calling, no answer. Left a message, no call back. Super disappointing. At this point I’ll be looking into other gymnastic options in Lethbridge. 🤦🏻♀️

We had a 4 year olds party here over the weekend. It was very busy during that time and our coach handled everything extremely well. There was one coach for our party of 10 small children, so it was excellent… that the parents were able to assist. There was 4 different stations of activities for the kids with engaging activities at each. Our party room provided had lots of room for the 10 children plus 15 or so adults.

Absolutely pathetic. My son went to a birthday party and as I in my truck leaving the property I see him running out the door towards me. I went in and talked to owner who was sitting at the front desk and she stated she did not see him go out the door. Nice excuse on her part. No apology or anything from her. Anything could have happened if i did… not see him coming out the door. I do not blame the party organizers as they were busy setting up the birthday room. Do not leave your child at this business for a playdate or birthday party unattended.

We booked our daughters 4th Birthday with west winds. It was a crap show right from the start. There were too many birthdays booked way too close together and the staff didn't know what party belonged where. We didn't get into our room on time to set up decorations which ended up cutting into present time. There was nowhere to put jackets and presents or even stand when you first arrive. The play time was very structured. It would have been nice if the kids were aloud to just play with what interested them but still have supervision. The chairs in the party room were filthy. When our 2 hour time

Nope, not going back. Has anyone else noticed that the pictures on the recreation link - preschool, summer camps, cangym, adult rec, aren't even of their club? Yes, looks can be deceiving.
Oh my goodness. Just saw the plea for sponsorship. What joke. Don't be suckered in folks. This club won't be getting one cent from me! Never again, not throw a bottle drive, or chocolate fundraiser. This club, the management and the board makes me laugh

My daughter has been going to Westwinds for 2.5 years and absolutely loves it (age 1.5-4). She has learned a lot. The coaches for the most part are friendly, some seem a little disorganized though. They have all known my daughter by name and took time out of each class to work 1-1 with her. I have had a lot of troubles with inconsistencies in registration however. I was told my daughter could not be enrolled in a different age group (she was 2 months too young), however in our class there are several children who are a year + too young for the age group.
