Friendly helpful staff from the front desk to the staff in the back. Always able to deal with my crazy insurance company and keep me posted on coverages. Great dentist with a sense of humor and lets you know whats happening. Always asking how I am doing with everything and makes sure I am comfortable with the procedures. Asks for feedback on new processes with new gadgets for making things easier for both of us. Always a good experience with my visits. My whole family comes here for our dental care. Exceptional service all the time.

I was beyond happy with the service provided by Valley Family Dentistry. They did everything to make sure I felt comfortable and calm. Although my teeth need a lot of work they didn’t judge me or make me feel guilty. Even behind the masks I could tell I was greeted with a smile. I have been a client of this practice (in all of it's forms) for well over 15 years now. The same hygienist has been doing my treatments for as long as I can remember. Since it's been under new ownership, I have been impressed with how the transition has been. Dr. Loewen is a phenomenal dentist and it is apparent that he genuinely cares about his clients. He is professional, personable and has a great sense of humour. It is always important to surround yourself with a great team and he has done just that.
