Sent me a box with a trike, and a trash bag full of nuts and bolts, without a basic parts list, or the "factory assembly instructions" mentioned on their own website. Getting ahold of them is near impossible. Best avoided.

Sold me a defective trike, then called me a liar, even After I had sent back the control box to be tested, and they agreed it was defective. refused a full refund or exchange. My advice is to find a different company.

Awful customer service. Bought one of their electric bikes through a US online site. It came with a battery connection that shorted out within about 30 seconds of attempting to use it with the motor engaged. When I contracted this company to see about helping me with the problem, they told me to take it to a mechanic, that it was my problem, and they would not replace the battery if that was the issue. Rude and totally dishonest. Don't EVER purchase any product from this company.
