This company has amazed me with their integrity and knowledge. The technician came in to fix my two year old dishwasher, only to find that the parts he needed were nowhere to be found in Canada (COVID backlog, apparently), so after spending 40 minutes trying to source parts unsuccessfully, he left and insisted on not charging me for the visit!! I am beyond impressed, and will definitely give him my business when parts are available again.

I went far out of my way to give Local Soluctions my business because he repaired another appliance on my property and took the time to evaluate a washer and provide a quote to repair. There were no discounts or other reasons for not continuing the business relationship. However they did not respond to text or voice mail between July 31st and August 14th. There was no vacation notice on their voice mail, web site, or Facebook. I asked if they were out of business and did not receive a reply.

I recently called Jason to repair a washer at my rental in St.john’s. I live 3 hours away so as you can appreciate, I wanted someone I could trust to do the job. Jason was fast, kept me in touch with the situation and the price was quite reasonable. It was a real stress reliever to have the job completed so well and in a timely fashion. My tenants and I were very impressed and appreciative.

Outstanding service. He was able to squeeze me in on a Saturday in order to troubleshoot my oven. He worked around my schedule and was right on time.
After a thorough examination of my oven, he laid out the options for me and left it to me to decide. Not at all pushy and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need.
Everything was fixed quickly and the rates were extremely reasonable, especially for weekend service!
