Most new clients are referred to us by bank managers, accounting firms, legal firms, immigration law firms and our existing clientele.
In many cases our new clients are companies that, for some reason, are having difficulty in securing the financing they require or their banking relationships are strained. We work closely with business owners, their key staff members, and, as is appropriate, their accounting and legal advisors to develop plans of action designed to produce specific goals.

Bachelor of Arts Degree from Wilfrid Laurier University, Political Science Major with special focus on the Political Economies of Developing Nations; and Minor in Communication Studies and Business Writing. Additional studies included accounting, commercial law, and industrial organization through the Society of Registered and Industrial Accountants of Canada, now known as the Society of Canadian Management Accountants.
I was denied my 3rd TN visa by CBP. This was due in most part, by 2 immigration law firms that made major mistakes on my renewal. Frustrated and stranded in Canada, I researched the best alternative visa for my company and discovered it to be an E2. I spent 3 whole days researching the E2 requirements, then interviewing multiple law firms in Toronto.
Our fees are based on the scope, difficulty, and the estimated time required to complete a given assignment. Once we have an understanding of a given situation and objective, usually during an initial exploratory meeting or conference call, we are prepared to provide an estimate of time and cost for well-defined assignments.
