Gordon Armstrong & Associates has expanded with the addition of two new partners and the formation of our new company, Armstrong Modulevsky Schutte Quantity Surveyors Inc. (AMS Quantity Surveyors). With over 20 years experience each in project monitoring and cost planning, both Yury Modulevsky and Stephen Schutte provide a wealth of experience and in-depth knowledge for our clients.

AMS now combines the collective talents of Gordon Armstrong, Yury Modulevsky and Stephen Schutte. Mr. Schutte and Mr. Modulevsky were employed by Gordon Armstrong & Associates for 22 and 12 years respectively prior to the reorganization, ensuring a wealth of experience and in-depth knowledge for past, current and future clients.
Our clients include financial institutions, developers, architects and consulting engineers, building owners, municipalities and not-for-profit organizations. Much of our work comes from repeat business and recommendations from satisfied clients. We welcome enquiries from new clients, and we look forward to the challenge of finding workable solutions for them.
