They don't sell pressure-assist toilets (I refuse to install the old gravity toilets in my new house as I do not care for the low-flush design as they're too prone to clogging up) nor do they offer bidets for sale. Come on guys, get with the times... I have Crohn's Disease so likewise, my 'throne' sees a LOT of use...
At one point, this was my 'go to' place for plumbing needs and advice. My last two visits, nobody seemed interested in the least in even pointing me in the right direction. Will now drive to London/Windsor instead and go from there...

I recently called Chatham Plumbing as I needed to buy a new toilet for my washroom. With it being locked down I was an able to go into the showroom to pick one out for myself. The customer service I received over the phone was amazing. They were willing to take a picture of what they had in stock to text them to me. When I went to go pick up my… product, they loaded everything in my car along with all materials needed for installation (Which was included in the price of the toilet). I would never have known those materials were necessary as a know nothing about plumbing. The best part, about

After spending thousands of dollars on materials for three bathrooms and a kitchen we were extremely disappointed to have to pay a $150 restocking fee when we had to return our kitchen sink. After spending so much money at their store, it would have been nice if they could have helped us out a bit more.

I was working on my shower faucet and because the parts were so old. Mr. Dunlop at Chatham Plumbing asked me to leave the parts with him for an hour. When I came back! He had put all new washers and greased the parts. Above and beyond what I expected. And to top it all of? I feel he under charged me. Thanks Brian.

Josh did an exceptional job installing a small portion of piping and fittings for my laundry tub. However, as a senior citizen on a fixed income, I'm extremely dissatisfied with the price of the services provided. $349 to run a snake tool less than 10 feet for a couple minutes is outrageous. I'm understanding of the service call fee, especially on a holiday weekend, however, for a slow drain, 3 feet of pvc piping and a couple fittings, a final bill of $490 is unacceptable. Josh gets 5 stars for being polite and professional, but the company's flat rate snaking the drain is laughable.

I just drove in from tilbury. Looking for a shower part only Chatham plumbing would carry ( I have the water shut off in the house). They found the part within minutes. Then something happened that rarely does nowadays. The owner told me that the company would replace my part free of charge, when I called the 1-800 number. And that I could take the… part from the store free of charge. And that I could replace that part with the one I have coming from the shower company. I offered to give them my name and number. They said no thanks, and that it would be on the honour system. I was floored
