This is the second year I have contacted Jon (the owner of Crest Impressions) and his team to make custom posters for me for my tennis club. Last year was excellent but this year is even better, that I am out of words to describe it. This year, Jon and his designer suggested a terrific design that I received a lot of compliments for. Dealing with Crest Impressions was super frustrating. I signed a contract for advertising for November and December and the first run went out in January and the next in March. poor communication, different information from different people.
The whole experience was unprofessional and I would not recommend this advertising company.

Paid for advertising for Oct, Nov, Dec. They didn't send out Oct print until Nov. Novembers isn't going out until January and they have no idea when December is going out and they refuse to refund me. To top it all off they want to charge me a cancellation fee.
I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. Very unprofessional
