Being from the East Coast, Gary has a passion for the Great Outdoors. Having extensively toured Canada, the United States, and Mexico, and being a 40-year motorcycle veteran, he loves to assist new and experienced riders alike in finding the perfect bike for them. He likes to say, "Two wheels move the soul."
Peter is an accomplished motorcycle technician from Bulgaria, where he was working on bikes for 15 years before joining Cycle World Superstore in 2008. He will work on any motorcycle, but he especially enjoys working on sport bikes. Cycle World Superstore in Toronto, Ontario, Canada is a full service motorcycle dealership that has been servicing customers for over 40 years.
Do you need to get your motorcycle to our store? Don't worry. Cycle World Superstore offers a motorcycle pick up / drop off service at very reasonable rates. Best of all, we offer this service during "off hours" at no extra charge on the weekends and into late evenings when it's most convenient for you.
We stock the majority of Motorcycle Key blanks for most manufacturers and we can cut you a new key for your Motorcycle using your existing key. We do not however, have key blanks that use a security chip embedded in the key. 1 Bring your Motorcycle to our dealership so we can can examine the ignition and determine the key code or call us to schedule a pick-up.

I am a biker that has ridden over 50 years. I will cancel this posting if they go by their word but I'm not holding my breath. Purchased a bike that looked fantastic and was advertised as such. I've since spent $1,100 to replace the petcock and clean the entire fuel system, change the air filter, fix an electrical issue and other related items. The bike must have sat for a long time. When I picked up the bike it was pouring rain so not possible to ride it. I was promised a $221 refund because the 600km round trip to have them service it was not possible. Neither the service manager or the salesman

Today I've installed some aftermarket parts on my 2021 Indian scaut bobber and I've been charged exactly what they estimated (twice less than my dealership asked). Job done nicely, high quality and accurate work ! Lovely and friendly people. They even provided with cold water while waiting. Strongly recommend ! 👌

Biggest rip off place in the city.
This place ridiculously overcharges customer and not only that, I have dropped my bike off at this place for hours and I was guaranteed my bike will be done by end of the day. Unfortunately they didnt do anything other than charging me 120$.
Snow City Cycle Marine is a fantastic store which is located at 1255 Kennedy road and they have looked after and did not charge me a penny because they were only few screws missing.

Needed a safety inspection for my bike. Called up Cycle World. From the get go I felt comfortable having my bike there. Mark at service walked me through the basics of my Honda rebel 300. Where I purchased the bike (I won't mention names) felt like once I bought the bike just get it out of the store. I loved the feel of the place. Lots of gear and accessories to satisfy just about anyone.
I will definitely be calling Cycle World my bike store.

This place is my go-to motorcycle store. I bought my first motorcycle and a full set of gear from here in 2018 (Thank you for the warm introduction Gary!!) Since then I've brought my second bike in for service a couple times over the years and also bought a bunch of other gear/parts from here. Bill from the parts department is quite knowledgeable and John, Peter and Mark are solid bike doctors. 🤘🏽🏍️

I am in the automotive industry. And can speak from years of experience. Cycle world is where I want to take my business. . Chris is the sales representative and is honest straight forward and a great human . There whole team is so helpful and transparent!
Mark the Service Manager is so helpful and wants you to understand and feel completely safe.! Very reassuring. Bill in the parts department can find anything this man knows his stuff .
The owner John runs a great team all said and done .
I would buy more bikes and Service here and purchase parts here ! This is the Superstore . Nothing fancy

Great place if you want to buy a bike, buy accessories for your bike, or have your bike fixed/serviced.
I had my safety done elsewhere and I regretted it. Took it to cycle world to replace my tires (didn't pass safety) and they discovered my chain was cracked, thank God they found that because the guys that safetied my bike missed it.
They have a couple of seats outside to wait for your bike. Guy came out and gave us nice cold water 👍
