Most often people use massage for either general relaxation and wellbeing, or to address a specific problem, such as pain or limited range of motion. The clinic will provide receipts for this purpose upon their full payment by the plan member.

My 2 year old has had a cough since September and every few weeks we have gone to his pediatrician to have him checked. Its a dry cough, no other symptoms and not Covid as we did a rapid test on him. We called on December 21st to see whether or not we could have a physician look at him as his cough had started to sound a little worse. His pediatrician is off until the new year, and this Medical Center was our last resort as everywhere else was fully booked. Needless to say I got placed on hold for half an hour, and then after indicating that this is for a two-year-old, I was told that a PCR test

I took my Dad here, who is in his 80's. Everyone was great. They understand the challenges with treating an elderly person. With in 3 months they did all kinds of test and changes to his medications, that he is feeling much better. No spring chicken obviously but doesn't have as many aches and pains, has been seen by cardiologist, urologist, and is going to see a. Dermatologist in a few weeks. Dr. Ryan is wonderful and both ladies at the front desk are extremely helpful and friendly. Now they have a female Doctor, I put my name in for a call to moving to medical care closer to home

I had an extremely concerning experience at this clinic. Dr Vincent saw my 2 year old son TWICE for a suspected broken wrist, ordered an xray, and then waited 4 days to relay the results to us (it was confirmed broken), when in fact the clinic received the results in less than 12 hours. When he did call, he said he could have done it sooner, but didn't feel it was an emergency. What an unethical approach to patient care and causing undue suffering, especially on a young child.

Absolutely AWFUL experience. Never had the chance to speak to a doctor. Laura (receptionist) turned me away after I told her I was in a car accident the day before and was in serious pain. She said it was her job to determine how long a visit would take and she didn't feel a doctor would have the time to see me. She advised I come back "another day". This took place just before 2 pm in the afternoon. Her attitude was not only completely insensitive but also ignorant. It's discerning to experience such people working in the health care field. Worst walk in clinic experience I have ever had. Firstly, I had to ask and convince Dr Vincent to give me a referral to get blood work done, I had to ask multiple times, he said that he doesn't 'see' a reason to give me a referral, because apparently all problems can be visible to eye. After he finally agreed to give me a referral. I got a phone call about my results on a Friday afternoon around 5:50 pm, I missed the call and when I tried to call back in 2 mins the office was closed. I spent all of Friday evening worrying and there was nothing I could do about it. I had to wait till Saturday morning

Referred to this walk-in by two others and understand why! Amazing service from the front desk staff, doctor, and pharmacist. I called around 1pm and was informed about the lunch hour 2-3pm and told to arrive in next 30 mins to be seen or to come after 3pm. The staff had been dealing non-stop with patients since 8:30am and needed to recoup before a late night of patients ahead. Incredibly warm, welcoming, and informed. Will recommend on all fronts.

Dayspring Medical . Dr Utsalo and Staff This clinic is patient care focused! Friendly, accomadating office staff. Dr Utsalo has great mannerism and knowledgeable. The Clinic is very welcoming. The same exceptional service continues at the adjoining pharmacy ... I work in healthcare and from what I have seen of this physician and the management of the clinic. Definately recommend!!

Visited the medical centre a couple of times, recieved nothing but exceptional service from the all the medical staff especially from the pharmacist. When all the pharmacies in Bolton had what I required on back order Maged Mankarious went above and beyond to get it in for me. Thank you very much Maged.

My boyfriend was scheduled to have a physical and took the day off work to do so. The staff called him at 4pm the night before to confirm his appointment, he confirmed. Then not even 5 minutes later, another staff member called him and asked him to reschedule his physical because they "over scheduled physicals for that day". We were so upset. Will never go back and would not recommend Dr.Vincent to anyone! You're better off going to a walk-in clinic. This is not how you gain clientele. Very disappointed.
