Elgin Pure Water was founded by Harold and Bonnie Lake and has proudly served St. Thomas and area since 1981, with quality products and service to the residential, commercial, and industrial markets. Passed on to the second generation, Dan Lake strives to maintain the same level of service and quality of products to our customers.

Our very aged Kinetico water softener started to underperform, and we were directed to Elgin as they were the nearest service rep to us. I cannot say enough complimentary things about this company, and in particular Stan Hyde, the technician specialist who ended up servicing our equipment. He was so very patient with my many questions about diagnosing our problem, and he offered excellent advice about repairing our equipment. As it was easier for us to take our unit to them (they are about 125 km away), Stan was most helpful at explaining how to take it apart. He easily spent more than an hour
