Should be shut down because all they do is take your money they don't return your phone calls they lie about everything they just want money. I called because I have a hole literally in my house from horrible weather damage 3 months it took to get a response from Josclyn Hector then when I was on the phone wondered about a condo board meeting! Apparently we were supposed to have a condo board meeting in November, Josclyn Hector promised (apparently the person who handles our condo complex River Ridge Estates)/Because we haven't had one since 2015 he said we would for sure have one and

Called twice before I got a call back. Then sent email as per phone call. email was never replied. After a month I sent another email. Still no respond. Call four times and left three messages finally someone answered. couple emails after still did not get an answer on what I was looking for. It is now almost two months still did not get resolved.
The resident manager has no clue about our complex rules etc.

These guys run our old townhouse property we used to rent. They have stolen our damage deposit and refuse emails and phone calls once we moved out. Don't rent places from these crooks. Look up my review about Shellbrooke Townhomes in Edmonton Alberta.
