Recently I was in a tight squeeze to get two dress shirts cleaned before heading out of town for a wedding - Miss Tulips not only cleaned them both within 24 hours, but took the time and attention to get out all stains (and didn't even charge me a rush fee). It's been a rough year for customer service with so many businesses stretched to the max, struggling to maintain operations, and staff who are learning the ropes or simply working under stress. I forgot to leave a review until I went to wear a 10 year old dress shirt that was brought back to life by this place. I cant describe how shocked I was that my shirt, along with my suit, looked brand new again. This place is amazing. The amount of effort and time they put in to making my belongings perfect was beyond what I expected. You will not be disappointed leaving your garments in their care. I finally took my wedding dress in after 6.5 years of letting the stains really settle in, and I am AMAZED by the quality and outcome of the work done by Miss Tulips! All stains are gone, and the dress looks brand new.
The staff working were so friendly and the dress was ready exactly when they said it would be. The price was very fair, and I also got it placed in a keepsake box—very high quality and will keep my dress looking fabulous for years to come.

Love Miss Tulips! I had never had anything dry cleaned before and the woman behind the desk (wish I remembered her name) was so welcoming and helpful!! So lovely! I had a coat and a sweatsuit cleaned for about $50 which I thought was more than fair. Returning customers always get a discount! Did a great job on both articles of clothing and removed a stain from a burn. I will never go anywhere else and neither should you :)

I dropped off a wedding dress (of considerable sentimental value) for cleaning and boxing, to be saved for the bride's young daughter. There was a mix up and I had to make a return trip to pick it up. I much appreciate the compassion expressed by the staff and the compensation that was provided for my inconvenience.
