We ordered a new bay window in November and just had it installed the beginning of March. The installers were pleasant and friendly. They communicated things that came up and their time frame well. They kept a tidy workspace while working and you wouldn’t have even knew they were there when they left, except for the gorgeous new window! We were very pleased and will be contacting them for future new windows!

This past winter I had a window (both panes) fog up (between the glass). I called to have it looked at under warranty, as they were only 4.5 years old. The warranty process was smooth, it took about 3 weeks to have someone come and replace the panes. He was very friendly, worked quick and explained the repair and the technology to me. He cleaned up after himself and the window now looks fantastic (as in, it isn't fogged up).
The three star review is for the cost of this warranty service. I was charged 100$ labour (50$ per pane) and then a 200$ service charge. I asked what the service charge was

Just had 12 windows a patio door and a new front door installed by Scheels. Can't express how happy we are with all. My wife is especially happy with the front door we chose and it changes the whole look of the house. Salesman was very professional and the install team was great.

Extremely tidy installation. Finishing touches are important to the installers. Super workmanship and exceptional clean up.
