Yes, however marble is a softer material than granite & needs more maintenance. It can be etched by acids. Since it is more porous than granite it is more susceptible to stains if not sealed on a regular basis. It is can also be scratched. These markings are what give the marble a worn used look. In most cases you still have to buy a whole slab but check with us as we may have off cuts-remnants which will be a less expensive alternative.
Does your existing stone look dull and needs repairs? Call us today for a quote. We can bring back the life and shiny lustre of any granite, marble, limestone and quartz. All cracks, fissures, scratches and stains will be removed with our refinishing process. Penetrating stone sealers are applied after our restoration process to prevent future staining.
We always have off-cuts and remnant pieces of granite, marble and quartz. These pieces range from 2 feet to 10 feet in size. Not large enough to do a full kitchen countertop but perfect to do small jobs such as vanity tops, sills, thresholds, window ledges, fireplace surrounds, coffee tables, small kitchen islands, very small apartment and condo kitchen counterops and other small projects.
We offer custom granite countertop installations for your backyard. Full large outdoor granite kitchens, small pieces around your bbq, and custom made granite firepits. Complete installation is available or you can install yourself. Firepit bases can be made out of granite slab, ledgestone, or you can provide your own base for it.

Worst of worst. Very rude. I was a customer last year and already been to the store and got a quote of $2,000 for the kitchen counter replacement. so this time I called about it, they told me they were too busy and would call me back. They never did. So when I called again, they said 'I don't have time for you. I don't go do measurement at your home, cos if you don't use my service, then it's a waste of my time.'. I said I was quoted $2,000 last year and would just use their service. They said 'no, it's $3,500 to start, you come to the store and pay, or I don't go.' It's as if they want to drive

I would not recommend this company. Last November I selected a piece of marble and commissioned them to make a base for a statue. By July they still had not completed the task. It was one lame excuse after another. I then went to another granite company who made time for my project and had it done within 15 days as promised. Customer service is lacking and a too bad so sad attitude makes me wonder how they're still in business.

We did our due diligence while searching for a quartz countertop for our new kitchen island. We shopped around, got a couple of quotes, and Best of Best had everything we wanted! What we got was a beautiful 6' long by 26" wide slab of black quartz with thousands of flecks of glitter; ordered, cut and delivered within 10 days; at a fraction of the price of other stores we had visited. Oh, and last but not least, the customer service was out of this world. Family-owned and operated, customer-centric and huge soccer fans, too!

We recently renovated our kitchen and chose Best Of Best Marble To do our new granite counter tops. In our opinion it was the best of best choice. This small company carries their name with justification. The owner and his crew are fantastic, they treated our place with great care and professionalism. I now know why they call their company Best of Best as my wife and I just had granite countertop installed in our kitchen which included the kitchen island. Prior to the installation we were experiencing some real anxiety as we have had little success and some very poor experiences with some companies and contractors that we have had dealings with since moving to Ottawa. It was due to this that we lost faith and trust and while we do as much research as possible prior to choosing a company to do business with there is no guarantee of a successful result.
