Difficult to deal with.. Rude and ignorant. i got as far as getting pricing. Based on the telephone convo alone i said you know what forget it youre quite ignorant. Condenscending tone when speaking, down not to.
I requested a quote. $ 120 for an hour 3 men plus half hour travel. I asked how much is the half hour travel? WELL HALF OF THE HOUR - i replied with, I didnt know the travel half hour was the same price for three men working.. I simply asked a question. So its approx $200 for the hour i ask. WELL PLUS TAXES! Yes, 120 plus 60 plus tax is approx $200. YEAH GUESS SO. I said

A terrible experience. Was quoted 120 an hour. Then came back with xtra charges for my treadmill. Which they said was heavy..they had it taken apart in pieces..still in my basement in pieces.. also said my fireplace was too heavy so Xtra for that. Said they started at 830...my place was a 25 minute drive.. I was charged for drive time..they didn't get there til 9:30. Finished up at 4 pm..I was charged 1250...I had the truck. Had all the items boxed up....they took constant cigarette breaks also..three guys there.. one did very little ...they just loaded in my brother's vehicle and a 29 foot UHaul

On time, efficient, courteous, and handled my belongings with care. However, I was charged more than I was quoted; 3 guys showed up instead of 2 (which did make the move faster), 30 mins added for travel time and a surprise charge for a piece of heavy equipment (that I clearly mentioned when booking the appointment). Still a fair price, but would have appreciated more clarity when booking.

Over charged me almost double quoted price after they spent a half hour literally laying down in the truck then disappeared for a while from my new house. They also did a bunch of damage to my old apartment and I lost my damage deposit. I tried to complain 5 times and wound up arguing on the phone with their employees.

Horrible service and I was gouged in the end.
I had to prepare an emergency move and
was foolish enough to go to these people. They charged me for two hours for a job that should have taken four grown men about 45 minutes. Additionally, during their time on the clock, these incompetent crooks abandoned my job in order to go to another one that took them all the way to Bay Roberts, trying to assure me "Well these things just happen." I've never seen such a piss poor business, I will be happy to see them go under. I urge you to save your pride money.

Horrible experience. Terrible service. Movers damaged my leather sectional set and dining table set, left cigarette buts in my bathroom and charged me an extra $40 more than I should have been charged. I have had bad past experiences with movers but this was by far the worst. I would not recommend this service to anyone unless it's for dump and garbage removal trips.
