For some reason a recruiter named Jeremy at this company thought it would be a good idea to call my workplace asking for me and saying that I knew who he is (implying I’m looking for a job even though I’m not and never heard of this guy).
I’ve dealt with probably 20 recruiters in the last year or so, my current job is due to the help of a great recruiter, but I’ve never seen one make a judgment call more clueless than this. Especially in a time where it’s so easy to reach someone discreetly on LinkedIn??? Would never deal with a company that allows someone this inexperienced to call

I’ve recently been hired by Techhi, and wanted to wait before I judged: so here goes - I enjoyed the interviewing process: From first interview to last they do ask you to be professional, stand on your own two feet, challenge yourself to go a little bit further. Through scenario building to role
playing, they dove right in about the second interview. Everyone got back to me as promised, timelines were kept. I was in and hired in two and a half weeks.
And so far, since I’ve been at my desk training as part of a very supportive/ dynamic team. Yes we have used LinkedIn - “Recruiter Profile”

Called my work phone twice (no idea how they got it). Shared his name, but not where he was calling from. Only said "I have a great process improvement opportunity for you". Sorry, but there is no chance I am calling them back with a message like that. Glad that I googled it, knowing that its a fake way to lure you in and get information. Seriously, how did they get my work number?!?

They called my company phone number. Not my company line, but the main phone number of my actual company and then asked for me after saying they were from a recruiting agency. Why anyone would do this is beyond me. I know for a fact I won’t be doing any business with these people though

They deserve negative stars.
One of the most unprofessional unqualified group of scumbags I’ve ever dealt with. First red flag, They Contacted me at my current employer leaving 2 messages. I called them back. Spoke with Melanie Busst who seemed nice at first although her inability to talk without stuttering or tripping over her words should have been the second red flag. A few more painful conversations and I was setup with a phone interview with her client. She asked for me to call and let her know how it went which I did. A few more painful calls and I’m setup with on site interview. Again

They reached out directly without any job description and asked to have my resume and phone interview. When I asked for details, they answered I am not a right fit. Not sure exactly what they are doing, but they are not professional and are definitely not recruiter agents.

I can only give this agency a rave review! I was approached for a position, and then taken care of from the get go ! They were very pro-active , and supportive. Coaching me and giving me precious insights on this opportunity. Thanks to them I am now starting a new chapter! Thanks so much TechHi!

Called me at work, asking me if I was interested in an opportunity at another company. I set up a time to call her to speak about the opportunity. Never heard back. Another person from the company called me to speak about the same opportunity - I spoke with him, and he said he would get back to me and never did. Then yet another person from the company called me, we spoke about the exact same opportunity, he asked me if I was married, if I had kids... etc... very unprofessional. He said he would get back to me, never did. I called to follow up with all three of the contacts I spoke with at this

Called my office number. Must have got it through my linkedin profile but I am not sure as I never contacted this company before. Extremely unprofessional way to call or address someone.
If you want to try to recruit based off of a random person you have never talked to, start with an email. Why would you ever call a businesses office number when you're trying to steal someone from a different company. Then to top it off, I told them I'm not interested in leaving my current company and they hit me with a "are you sure, this job opportunity is in Wisconsin" like that matters or will sway me to
