I have been waiting for my Shipment since October. They never answer the phone nor do they return my calls. I spoke to Teresa once who said she knew about my shipment and would get some more info And call me back. Been over a week No call back still! Terrible customer service!

Has to be the worst shipping company. picked up my package in Montreal Dec 8th to deliver to kamloops. Now Jan 4th and still no package. customer service blows. Call the number and it will just ring and ring and ring. 3 minutes of ringing before someone picked up. Then they transfer you and promptly disconnect the call. i have stuff from China get here faster. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you want to wait a month or more for your stuff.

Do something about your asl division. they are horrible. they continually ship packages back based on lies. the customer service is horrible. they do not answer the phone or respond to emails. even when delivery instructions included a note to call of there is a problem with your phone number they make no attempt to contact. asl is the worst carrier in Canada.

The worst company, please read reviews before use their services ,they don't answer and when you finally reach them they are rude and they don't have any information, they transfer you a machine. you won't get your shipment on time.

Very terrible organization. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND and will be following up with Costco and the furniture manufacturer to file a formal complaint. Long story below, but this is the garbage you deal with when using this organization.
They failed to delivery my order on the Friday within the times given. I called to find out where it was and was told… it would arrive shortly as the driver was in the area. Got a call back an hour later telling me they had mechanical issues and couldn’t deliver. (Convenient, as it was 4:38pm on a Friday). Was told it would be delivered on Monday between

After waiting for like 45 mins for their respond, all I find out this company full of Liars. Just bunch of useless liars. One of them Aneesha. Was promising they will do the "same day" pickup every time I called(4 days in a row), but next morning I was informed that there wasn't any pick up and they didn't even plan to do so. On the forth day another dispatcher told me, in order to proof someone was lying to me, I had to have "email conversation" instead of calling the company. Imagine? I have to actually TRACE THE CONVERSATION in order they properly do their job!!! And on the Most useless company

I've had two companies deliver using Fastfrate Inc. Both times there were over 45 min late and did not arrive during the window of time given. The first time we understood that it was a curbside delivery but due to the lateness the person helping me move my stuff from the curb to the home had to leave. Leaving me to drag 300lbs of furniture in to… my home myself. They also did not wear a mask (during the peak of covid) and they left trash and pieces of cardboard all over the side of the street. The second time we specifically called and asked the office of Fastfrate if they would deliver

Missed Shipment pickup & delayed. Told me a day before that they will be picking up but cancelled my order the next day in last minute. Now I have to look for a more reliable, faster, & better service LTL company.

One of the worst carriers.
Once you book a shipment, it's impossible to get a hold of anyone and shipments are always late.
Might save you a couple bucks but not worth the headache.

Spoke to Adam in logistics, sucks at customer service! Overall, this company is one of the worst companies I have seen in GTA. Trust me, avoid them if you don’t want to get your shipments messed up.
