If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require you to return to the salon so that your hair can be visually inspected.

Today Xyieda cut my hair. I was long over due for a hair cut. I am from out of town and made an appt. not knowing what the outcome would be. I must say I am totally impressed with this young lady! Xyieda’s care & attention to what I asked for was spot on. Being new to the area I also appreciated her knowledge of places I plan to pursue in the outdoors. Ill give this experience a two as the visit went ok and the lady who did my hair did a good job of connecting with me, mind you she didn't obviously understand what I wanted & or had a different vision of it...and executed it horribly, as she had cut most of the yellow off the ends of the tricolour fire like dye I had wanted and bleached my hoodie and she spent a good portion of my time spent there in the back and used a towel to remove the tinfoil and hide the breakage, not to mention that on one side of my head the Lightner had lifted higher than the other so when coloring it was uneven, I left

I was looking for a new hair dresser in Sidney for my 5 year old son. Before this he had a hair dresser cut his hair at home. I walked into Going Platinum and was greeted very warmly by the receptionist. She was happy to answer all my questions. Then Cathy, our new wonderful hair stylist, popped out as she overheard our convo and thought she could help. I was concerned about sound levels for my son as he has sensitive hearing. She said she was familiar with that and that she would even be willing to stay late and cut his hair while the salon was empty if needed. I felt that that offer was going

I went in to get my roots fixed and two toned hair fixed. The dresser started on the blue side with the bleach applying at the roots down leaving my roots over processed and then moved onto the red side even though the red takes longer to process, overall it may have just been the hairdressers lack of knowledge on working with coloured hair, but I believe this review may help them accommodate to future clients hair needs better. I now have gray highlights, my roots still very visable and my hair is still two tones. I feel like a zebra.😩
