My stuff got stolen. Storage place didn't care. Wouldn't bother checking cameras. They just pretend like their isn't a problem. It's cheap but not secure. Those cameras are just there to make you feel like your stuff is actually protected.

So far my experience has been good. Very good value for the price. It’s more of a mom & pop storage facility but to be fair, I would rather be investing into small businesses then corporations.

The woman at the front desk was very patient when we went to get our storage unit. They have tons of size options, it is in a secure building, and conveniently close to our home. The prices are decent, and although the units are made out of wood, they are very sturdy. There is surveillance cameras in the building as well for peace of mind! A lift is available to move larger or multiple items to the top floor of the building.

This is a fantastic place! They have great customer service and amazing rates. It's especially nice that the units are heated so I can store things like my violin there without worrying.

I love this place. My mom has had a unit here for almost 20 years. It is safe and secure. I spoke with the manager about that person who said there stuff was stolen...police were called and after investigation, it appears there was no foul play...it was the guy trying to get freebies. So then he has been making false reviews with alias names.

Everything of value I had stored here dissapeared. Lost thousands of dollars in tools and electronics. No help from staff. Staff said it was too much work to look through camera footage and later that the cameras don't store footage for that long. Lost everything .... No compensation. They don't take security seriously. And they don't care about your stuff. Learn from my loss. I still can't get over what happened here.
