After a decade-long stint, I decided to follow my innate passion for my family's automotive business. We just bought our brand new Lexus RX450H from Northwest Lexus and the experience was amazing amazing amazing. Tony and Paisley worked on it all the way through and made our purchase soo smooth, and we got our vehicle before time. My experience at Lexus was flawless I had a wonderful sale rep Mukesh. I told him what I was looking for in a vehicle along with my budget and he went above and beyond to ensure that I was completely satisfied. While driving my IS 350 on the 400 yesterday I noticed on the tire pressure screen that one of my rear snow tires was showing a pressure of 4 psi. It should read 36 psi. I chose to drive the car to Northwest Lexus, rather than stop and risk the tire going completely flat. They took me in immediately despite not having a scheduled appointment. My service consultant, Mark Vax, was very pleasant and helpful. I enjoyed a latte in their comfortable lounge while watching the news on their big screen TV. Got my first Lexus here and can honestly say it was an awesome experience. My salesperson was very helpful and accommodating. The one thing I enjoyed was how flexible they are and even to this day since I got my car 3 years ago, they want to make sure that everyhing is going well.
