Rene and his team did a glass railing for our basement stairway. The end result was a nicely finished project. There were a few challenges along the way but Rene ensured that the challenges were met and he went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the end result.

We recently purchased a newly updated home, that has a staircase in the middle of the home. The previous owners had refinished the stairs but did not reinstall the railing. We liked the look of no railing, however with 2 disabled children in the home, not having a railing was not an option.
We had contacted Palermo Railings, and they were quick to reply and with in a week they had come out and take measurements and photos. We then went to their office and spoke to Rene where he was able to show us examples of what some of our options were. Rene listened to what we were looking for and helped us

We had Palermo Railings take out our old dated builder railings in our home and replace them with more up to date railings and pickets.
From start to finish our experience with Rene and his team was professional and fantastic! The installer was knowledgeable and detailed and he did an awesome job! The railings look amazing and we are so pleased with the results!
