Extremely happy with the service I received. The car looked brand new when it came out of the shop! I was referred here by a friend and will defiantly be coming back for future detailing. I called to check in what time my car would be ready for pick-up, it was later than expected, but they were accommodating and had it ready an hour ahead of schedule! Highly recommend!

This establishment was recommended to me by a friend who had them detail his boat for the upcoming season. I brought my car in for them to look at. 2019 Mazda, black, had some swirls and some light scratches. The owner said, they would remove all scratches, swirls, and I wanted the ceramic coating added. I picked the car up at the end of day, outstanding detailing job. They also added ceramic coating to the rims and a special window glass procedure. All in all, best detailing I have seen yet. Owners Dianne and Norman and staff are all super friendly and accommodating. And they go the extra step

Norman at Phase II Auto Detailing is probably the most humble owner I have ever met. I'm still new to Ceramic Coating and he explained everything to me in full detail and offered me the most affordable package in the market. Not only was the price affordable but the customer service was the best I have ever seen. Norman God bless you and your team for the amazing service. Just had my BMW X1 M Sport exterior cut and polished. I had purchased this vehicle used and the previous owner obviously did not know how to wash a car properly and the paint was covered in swirl marks and scratches. The vehicle is black so the scratches and swirl marks stick out like a sore thumb. Norman and his team did a great job getting rid of all swirl marks and scratches. The car has never shined like this. Looks great! Great local business family owned. Happy with the results for sure. Prices are reasonable also.

Pretty disappointed to pick up my convertible after 7 hours - and $500 in detailing services - at the shop, and have the wheels still covered in dirt and brake dust. I reached out as soon as I got home with photos to Phase II via email and I've heard nothing back... in over a week. I like to support my local businesses, and give them a fair shot - but at this point I think it's fair to post a 2 star review for their services; obviously I won't be going back.
