Hey everyone! I just want to share my experience with Rivershore Ram, UNFORTUNATELY I can’t say anything about the sales department as I bought my vehicle in Kelowna, but I definitely want to say so many good things about the amazing people who are working in the service department. Not only did they fix all my issues but they were very responsive and serious about it all from start to finish. Ok, I know that I am a picky polly. Beyond that actually.... I would only buy one jeep model (hybrid), with specific options, in a specific limited edition color (which is the same color of jeep that I had, that only comes out once every decade) Not to mention that as a jeep girl, I had a full list of options that I could not live without several I would not purchase without. Well, Kevin was able to order me the exact jeep I wanted minus one option that could not be factory installed, which he arranged to have installed locally aftermarket as soon as my car came in. customer support A+ and experience

I would highly recommend Kevin at Rivershore Ram. He took all that we said into consideration and even at one point when we backed out of a vehicle he was very understanding. He always communicated with us and gave us the best deals he could offer. Their sales and business managers were also amazing too! An overall good experience.

The Service Team at Rivershore were excellent - while on a road trip my car developed a serious engine malfunction. The problem was diagnosed in a timely fashion (given the busy summer season) and the repair/replacement was undertaken as quickly as possible. Most importantly, they kept me informed all the way through the process and were courteous and helpful from beginning to end.

Rivershore ram Chysler dodge jeep .. Bought a 2014 Eco diesel last August, they were supposed to deliver the truck with light bar installed, their driver was sick so we had to go down and pick it up... The have us the light bar and said they would pay to have it installed .. Now that we had the time and found someone to do it they are only giving us $150 ..
Don't buy a vehicle of these guys, they don't stand by their word....

Incompetent employees... Took a brand new dodge diesel out for a test drive and was interested in purchasing. did the down deposit to take it for the night, Had to leave for working in a different province the next night made it very clear that i would need the deposit back by my return trip. two weeks later on my trip home went to fill up and my visa was maxed out, got stuck outside of fort mcmurray for an extra 2 days while i got money transferred to me. I went to Rivershore Chrysler, What a dishonest and rude dealership. I was looking for a new ram 2012, they told me they have the model I want available, I gave them $1000 deposit to keep that truck for me, 2hrs later they sold that model to someone else and after they try to sell me different model that I didn't want, they keep calling everyday trying to have a sell and told me that model was impossible to find and that I have to go with something else.
