Wayne is an incredibly knowledgeable and honest guy. I have had a couple of bad experiences with techs taking advantage and leaving us scrambling in our dental office. Wayne is always there when we need him and he knows how to quickly fix any computer issue. Wayne was very knowledgeable, efficient and very reasonable. He quickly found out what the problem was with my laptop. He gave me a firm quote on what the repair would be. He didn't push any unnecessary purchases. He was able to salvage pretty much all my data, install a new hard drive for a very reasonable rate. I would definitely use his services again.

I can't tell you how many times that Wayne at Trent Hills Technical has helped out and totally repaired not only mine and the hubbys personal computer and notebook but the multiple times he has repaired my father's!!!! All of our friends have had great stories to share .

Very knowledgeable, explained everything to me. Wayne is very friendly and easy to talk to. Fixed my computer very fast and the cost of fixing it, was very reasonable. I had problems, setting my printer again and Wayne sent me a link and sent me instructions, on what to do. Amazing guy, goes way beyond, to help. Spoke to his wife and son, very pleasant people. I dropped my laptop off with Trent Hills Technical to get some nasty malware/adware taken off of it. I am no newbie to computer servicing having built several and owned them since the late '80's. But I had collected some crud that resisted all my efforts.
I received a phone call the next morning that the job was done. And it was. No recurrence of any problems whatsoever. Great service and great price. I couldn't be happier. Trent Hills Technical is now my "Go to" computer resource. Highly recommended.
