Had an awesome experience dealing with the owner Mark, last night. Mark was personable, professional and provided excellent customer service. I went in to buy a Moose Knuckles jacket and walked out with a Nobis! Mark answered all my questions and educated me about the different products. Hands down will be coming here again! Great job.

Mark at Channer's Mens Apparel helped myself, fathers, and groomsmen find suits for my wedding day. All of the guys were fitted, and any alterations were done in a timely manner. Excellent customer service & quality products. Highly recommend!

*Sigh* I have to preface that Mike really did try to help me, but maybe a little too late. Another sales rep helped size me for a shirt, said they do alterations to dart any loose fitting bits. That said, even after darting the shirt was just too big. I put blind faith in the professionals as this is their living, but off the get go the shirt simply wasn't the right size. I understand off the rack will never be the same as custom, but I'm disappointed in the service of the first rep. By that point Mike can only do more alterations to what was already purchased and I can't return something so heavily

Such a challenging time to shop! Right? Not at Channers. I am gobsmacked by their level of customer service. No need to go into the details, but Mike certainly went “above and beyond” any expectations we could’ve had. That, plus beautiful quality clothing is worth trying to shop in these crazy retail times.

One of my favourite stores to visit because they take such good care of their customers! I always get help making sure I'm making the best choices, the alterations are tailored to my build, and the staff really know what looks good on their customers. If you want to feel good about being well-dressed, there's no better place to shop.

I really like the London Channer’s location because they’re all about customer service. From the moment you walk in someone is there to help you and make the purchase special. Not so much here. It was my first time attending this location, and probably last. No one really gave me the time of day. I was fortunate to have one employee get me a change… room to try on jeans. They never checked in on me after that. In fact, aside from the change room and paying for what I selected, no one ever assisted or talked to me. This is the polar opposite of how you get treated at their London

My experience at Channer’s was next to none. The service and product knowledge that Mark and Bill provide is incredible and the quality of their clothes is very impressive. This isn’t shopping, it’s an experience.

This store profits directly from animal crulety. The Canada Goose jackets they sell use real coyote fur trim. These animals are caught with steel leghold traps which are illegal in 80 countries. These traps kill endangered species and companion animals. One star!

Terrible customer service. I visisted the store in the fall, ready to purchase two pairs of Allen Edmonds. I was in the store for about 20 minutes trying on shoes and not once was I greeted by any one of the numerous staff. There is no excuse to stand around chatting to your coworkers when there are customers in the store. I decided against giving Channer's my business. I am grateful though that I was able to find my size and purchase the shoes online.

I've been in a few times over the last year to buy custom suits. I cannot speak highly enough about how friendly, attentive, accommodating, and professional Mark and the entire team are!
