I have enjoyed this campground a number of times over the years on the pull through sites. Close to town and beach.

Our first time here was a complete disaster. Very rude staff, unprofessional and do not recommend this place at all. If you’re looking to have a good time seek other places.

Its true 100% about all the bad reviews. Stay away! The owner is Psycho. They do unauthorized searches of your vehicle. The sites are pathetically small. Not a fun place to be at all!!! Don't believe the good reviews. Its a scam.

The owner is incredibly rude. We felt like we should not be there. Our site was a piece of grass with one tree. Absolutely no privacy. My daughter was told off for the crime of asking for the gate to be opened. After having paid and registered. I do not recommend. Unless you want to hide away in your trailer the entire time. Wich is what most people seemed to be doing

Staff was friendly.
Owner was anything but friendly. I don't think she appreciates the business.
Sites are in full sun with a single tree so be ready to carry your picnic table around for shade. Kinda like walmart parking lot.
Owner likes to make up rules on the fly it seems.
Not recommended at all.
Gun range right next door so shotguns popping off all day long.
Small bags of expensive wood and you MUST use their wood only!
Don't fall for the high rated reviews, obviously put in by the owners.

We recently spent a week here at this well maintained campground. We asked for a shaded campsite and we got one. The campsites are large. The staff went over and beyond the call of duty to make our stay pleasant. Nature trail right in the campground and we had a ton of biking options. Biking into Kincardine is doable. Would definitely recommend this place and hope to return one day.

My family just bought an RV. Our dream for such a long time to have one. Our first outing was at this camp site. My wife and our kids went with another two couples and their kids. Showing up to the camp site, we registered at the office, and the nice gentleman got in his golf cart and took us to our site and made sure everything was explained.
The site was beautiful and we thought everything was going to be great for the time we would spend here. Thing is that was the end of the great first vacation with our new RV.
Our first night we were there, we were actually playing trivia around the campfire

Our site itself was nice. Good size. Pretty private. Not all the sites were as private as ours. I asked for a private site when booking and was very pleased with the selection. The pool was nice too.
The playground was not great. Not very entertaining for little kids. Also, not walking distance to a lake. But a Pretty quick drive to a good beach.
The biggest reason why I'm giving this site a lower rating is because the employees and their rules were intrusive. For example, once we had set up our site and camper a man pulled up to our site in a golf cart. Took a minute to finish his cigarette
