Tofino is beautiful and definitely worth a visit amazing beaches. Do not need to spend over inflated prices for this accommodation, they make you prepay your stay, before you even arrive. Better places to stay for half the price. They are on a public beach not hotel exclusive the food is hit and miss. Rooms had great views at $675 night amenities, mattress, sheets and towels below average. Went Oct 30th was told no fireworks!! 6 hours of noise until 2 pm, they refused to check me out was told my stay paid for I can leave but no refund they escalated issue .. my dog doesn’t do well with fireworks

Possibly the best hotel I ever stayed in. The wooden architecture, spacious room with fire place, pleasant and professional service, and little things like rain clothes in the rooms made this a very special stay. I can highly recommend the yoga lessons and dinner at the Pointe, their wine selection is spectacular. Still your no. 1 reason for a stay here should be the surrounding nature, it is just magical, even on rainy days.

Beautiful views and very friendly staff in a great location. Rooms were nicely appointed and we had a pet friendly room. There are several EV charging stalls if you need them.

Super nice and fancy. Couldn't say why but nothing about the place appealed to me.
Food at the restaurant was good, but not worth the price.
Service was friendly but repeatedly forgot our orders even though it wasn't super busy.
The view was amazing. That's the only nice thing I can say about it.

Was planning a winter getaway and thought that this time we would stay at Wickaninnish. Unfortunately I discovered on their website that they are discriminating against people based on their health choices. They are banned from their property!
And although I would be allowed on their oh-so-precious property, I will take my business elsewhere.
I refuse to support businesses who have gone out of their way to discriminate, rather than try to find ways to accommodate.
They have no control over their restaurants due to mandates, however refusing people a room is beyond disgusting.
I will continue

Great service from the moment we arrived at the security office to when we checked out. They made the trip very enjoyable for my entire family.
Thank you for providing extra boots when my daughter needed them, arranging for wet suits so my kids could experience the waves, popcorn and ice cream sundaes for family movie night in the room.
Can’t wait to visit again.

Beautiful hotel right on the beach. It was pricey but service was amazing and the room (Canopy Suite) was one of the best we've ever stayed at. Had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant and it was delicious. We were treated with such a high level of service and care from start to finish. Would definitely recommend and will be back!

I knew that this hotel was going to be superb, but with that in mind, they still managed to surpass my expectations. We came here for our honeymoon for 6 days and we were blown away by the customer service. Everyone at this hotel made us feel welcome and we felt we were treated as if we were royalty. The food is exquisite, the room was absolutely lovely and the ocean view of course was majestic. They really went above and beyond to make sure we want to come back. We are definitely going back for anniversaries and weekend trips!

We had the BEST time here at the Wickaninnish Inn. We loved everything about our stay here at the Wick. The property is absolutely beautiful, tons of areas to see the beaches and access down to the beaches. The rooms are super clean and super comfortable. The spa and the restaurants are both a must do here. I can't wait to come back here again as soon as we're able to.

I can only comment on our wedding here on Shell Beach. We only spent one night there.

The wedding venue was everything we wanted and the staff at the Wick were top notch. Planning a wedding from eastern US and never visiting should have been stressful but honestly the Wick delivered everything flawlessly. We would recommend it for anybody looking for this kind of Tofino experience.

This is the most beautiful resort ever!! Right on the end of a long sandy beach and views of the ocean if you book a room at the Pointe building.

Upon arrival you are greeted cheerfully by an eager valet hoping to drive your sports car ten feet away! The doorman welcomes you and helps with your luggage. Check is just as welcoming and the counter always has fresh apples out. Our 3rd Fl Room is gorgeous, overlooking the beach, a small outdoor patio with Adirondack chairs, a fireplace, two queen beds, a desktop with Nespresso, kettle, hot chocolate, assorted teas and Kanteens for filtered or fresh

The Wick has long been on our bucket list and it did not disappoint. The rustic elegance of the location and decor leave you feeling connected with nature while also recharged and pampered.

We stayed in one of the Premier rooms in the Pointe building and I would definitely say it was worth the splurge. The views were absolutely incredible and we had the waves crashing along the rocks directly below our room. The staff thinks of everything: from the hot chocolate that we could heat right in our room to the closet stocked with hurricane-grade raincoats and rain pants (plus rain boots in many

The Wick Inn is located in a beautiful corner of the world - it's essentially built right into the Pacific coast of British Columbia, so there's no way around the location and environment being stunning. My husband and I eloped here in November 2018 and were surrounded by the most beautiful of locales we'd ever been in. Our hotel room had a gorgeous view of Chesterman Beach, and was comfortable and spacious, with high-end touches.

Where they missed the mark? Service. This was puzzling to me as you'd expect a hotel at this price point and with this reputation to have their staff

This hotel was on my bucket list and it's really wonderful. It's definitely small and not a full "resort" in the resort sense of the word. But if you're looking for a super relaxing, gorgeous destination with amazing service, this is the place for you!

The hotel is located on Chesterman beach -- a wonderful tidal beach with great tide pooling and walks (and surfing!)

Service at the hotel is exceptional -- everyone is helpful and great at multi-tasking :) (the person who checked us in also showed us our room and parked our car!). Food onsite is excellent either at The

We enjoyed a wonderful 3 night stay at The Wick in February. We sadly missed storm season so the waves weren't huge, but given the less busy month, it was great as we didn't have to lineup for any tables or fight for space.

The Wick is a beautiful property. Take note which building you are staying in, but there is a front desk in both. We stayed in the main building, The Pointe and the views from those rooms overlooked the rocks and the ocean. If you are staying on the 2 lower floors, you may be looking through some trees, but the view is still stunning. The Pointe building is also

I give "The Wick" 5/5 stars for meeting all the qualities of a 5 Star luxury hotel. Beautiful rooms with amazing views, great on site restaurant and wonderful service. Anyone who likes the best of the best would like this place. This place is very quiet and during my long weekend there I never saw another guest other than in their dining room. I could not tell if they were not busy or if it is just set up for a lot of privacy.

I have not had the pleasure of staying here, we were in crystal cove during our stay. We were here to try their hot chocolate at the driftwood cafe and we found the place charming and warm. The staff was very courteous and let us hang out on their loungy couches and take a walk at the chestermann beach that can be accessed from the cafe. The hot chocolate was good, but the experience was even better. They did not mind my friend doing a quick facetime to wish her best friend for her birthday, which I thought was nice. Next visit to Tofino, I am interested in considering this place for a stay. It

Five star hotel hidden in Tofino, British Columbia. My family and I stayed at this inn years ago, and I still have fond memories of our stay. The scenery and decor is absolutely stunning and pristine. One of my highlights was taking a luxurious bath in their spa tub and watching the water shoot up the blow hole as the waves crashed into the rocks. Spectacular! The staff was friendly, but very discreet. I look forward to returning to this awesome destination.

A wonderful, relaxing getaway

This great hotel has awesome service and an attention to detail that I very much appreciated. The rooms were cozy with a beautiful view of the ocean. The bathroom with the soaker tub was relaxing and calming. We very much enjoyed our three night stay there.

One drawback was that we asked for a half bottle of champagne but were given and charged for a full bottle. When we brought it up they told us we ordered a full bottle. I know we hadn't so it showed the lack of training from the hotel staff to argue with us about this. That was a disappointment.

The best hotel we have been in. It might be expensive to spend ~$800 a night but the value for what you pay makes it not expensive at all.
We went there for 3 nights in summer and now plan to visit there in November as well.
I will definitely go there again and recommend my friends too.

Falling asleep to the sound of crashing surf just outside our doors. Yep, that's a perfect way to relax and rejuvenate. We had a lovely stay at the Wick.

The location of the Wick is stunning. It's about as close as it can be to the Pacific without sitting in the water. Beaches surround the property on both sides and there are several hiking trails in the woods around the resort. This truly is the perfect environment to kick back. The Wick is renowned as a storm watching location and I could easily see that if the waves were really bad they would put on quite a show smacking into
