The staff was friendly and helpful, taking time to make sure you understand what you are buying. They will even help you if you are planning on buying a bike in the future.

Personally I think this is the best bike shop in town. Prices are awesome, everyone knows what they're talking about, everyone is insanely friendly and helpful as well! I highly recommend going here for all of your bike needs. 10/10

I Called in Monday May 17. Inquiring about upgrading my dropper post on my trek roscoe 7. Was told on the phone that they have to look it up and they would call back. Not problem, Waited for 3 days no call back. So I called back when I called Thursday the they still haven’t looked it up so or could give me any information. Was told I’d get a call back after lunch with information.l, Needles to say never got a call back once again.

The employes have amazing customer service skills, the lady at the front desk apologised for the wait, the young men that work there where very quick to find out what I needed and had my Tire assembled in less than a half an hour. I now have my bike up and running again so happy. Thank-you so much !

Great, quick service on a flat tire for my aunts bike. When we were 2$ short one of the employees covered the rest. Epitome of quality service and putting the customer first and they remember your name. No better place in Sarnia for all your bicycle needs!

Despite a worldwide shortage of bikes as a result of the current pandemic, Sarnia Bicycle Shop was great to deal with. Scott was quick to respond to my online inquiries (while another bike store in Sarnia couldn't be bothered to respond at all...). They listened to my wants/needs and set me up with a socially distanced appointment to come and… look at some options. When I arrived, it was evident that the store was working to keep customers and staff safe with cleanliness and clearly defined boundaries. James assisted me by showing me a number of options and explaining some of the newer features

Despite being backed up 2 weeks and having customers lined up he found the time to fix my brake line on the spot. I was expecting a wait but was pleasantly surprised. Greay service, I'll take all my bike issues here from now on.

Brought my bike in for a tune up and was told it would be 2 weeks. I was informed of the current situation and how they only have one mechanic at the moment. I was totally fine with that.
Went in to check on things after waiting over 2 weeks. Not only had my bike still not been serviced, but it was hung up in storage. The tag with all my contact info and service information had been removed. So they didn't know what needed to be fixed and had no way to contact me.
Had I not gone in, it would've continued sitting there without a call back.
I am an understanding and incredibly patient person,

I've been going to this bike shop for almost a decade now, every time I go there the owner recognizes me even after all these years. Great and timely service!

Scott is always great to deal with and will go out of his way to get you something that suits your needs just right! They run a very clean shop and put service at #1, They even personally deliver bikes if you have no means of getting it home, I'd be more then happy to recommend them to anyone!
