A friend of mine booked this company back in September for a move later this month. No calls to confirm and after numerous calls was told he would call her back. She called back talked to Ed and then mid way through the conversation he hung up saying he had another call to answer. Bad customer service and dubious promises. Be aware. Obviously they don’t need the business and he’s chooses to pick the business he wants

Could not be happier! We were moving from Kamloops to Lake Country. The team had to empty a storage locker in Kamloops, drive to Lake Country and empty the garage in our rental, then drive to the new home and unload. They were here right on time, were very careful (moving blankets and straps in everything), incredibly efficient, polite, professional, presentable, and did it all with smiles on their faces. A huge thank you to Andre, Joe, and Dan. Job very well done!!! Will definitely be recommending 2 Small Men With Big Hearts!!!

I hired this company for a simple move job. The price charged ended up being $200 more than what was quoted. They were an hour late. When I called to ask for an estimated time of arrival, they threatened to cancel the job. I did not have a very good experience with this company.

I was at a friend's to help move some stuff and as they finished with all info the driver or worker said in front of a group of us that a tip would be appreciated and my friend said "would beer be okay" and he said "no, monetary" and suggested $100 per man. I could not believe it. I thought it would be a quote, maybe a readjust and pay but it felt very awkward and there were 5 of them. I would not recommend this business. Do not tip movers, expect their management to pay them a living wage.

Two men arrived at my apt on time. That is the best thing I can say. The reason I am writing this review so long after my move Feb. 28, 2019 is I had the flu.
Upon arrival to my two bedroom apt in a three story walk-up (which the owner new about) the complaining started. They did not have enough men to do the job and could not find anyone. My son was there so he agreed to take the job to move me. They hired him on the spot.
Before an item was touched I was informed by James that TIPS were not mandatory but appreciated! I told him I would like to tip them but had no extra money. The atmosphere
