The Model One's motto is "Beauty in Simplicity". 100% Natural Talalay Latex, Organic Cotton, Joma Wool and a bit of good old craftsmanship. That's it, nothing more, nothing less. Fully reversible, this top selling model delivers all night long. The Model 1 was designed with the health-conscious sleeper in mind.
The Model 2 is our all natural mattress, with no synthetic components (apart from the thread). Wonderfully comfortable and highly customizable this mattress will satisfy even the most sensitive sleeper. No springs, no moving parts, no toxins and no compromise. Our quilt is made of high thread count organic cotton ticking sewn through 1 ounce (per square foot) of Joma Wool.
Babies sleep 10 to 20 hours per day so comfort and ergonomics are paramount. THE BEST MATTRESS PURCHASING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! We bought a Model 1 about 3 weeks ago. I didn't realize how unrested I was until a few good nights sleep on the Model 1 - I think I am actually more productive at work because I am sleeping so well! Also so happy to be able to support a local business, and so cool to know my mattress was built… right here in Victoria, using high quality, environmentally friendly materials! Customer service was also incredible! No pressure sales - very knowledgeable and super helpful! AND, if you are on the fence about buying a Fawcett pillow - just do it!

I'm very choosy about which businesses I support - it's not just about getting the lowest price; instead, for me, it's about quality, ethical practices, customer-focused service, professionalism, and knowledgeable staff. We bought a Fawcett mattress about a month ago, and I am so so glad we did!! We went to the show room 4 or 5 times over a number of weeks to lie on beds and really feel sure. Every time, we were welcomed by a friendly, helpful and low-pressure salesperson. We ended up doing a custom order after lots of discussion with Dwane, the owner and head… mattress-maker. He warned me that there might be an adjustment period after we started sleeping on it -- and I would say it took about a week before I was sure it had been the right decision. I had no idea what a good night sleep was or waking up without a sore back felt like, until I bought a Fawcett mattress. They take great pride in their work, which shows in their attention to detail, and their customer service is the best I have ever encountered. If you are thinking about getting a new bed, or even if you are not, get yourself to Fawcett and look at all the choices they offer. I recommend them highly.
