We had our mortgage renewed/refinanced using Butler Mortgage. We dealt with Brenda and Karima who were both very professional, friendly, helpful and most importantly knowledgeable. They were very quick with their responses for all of our many questions and were able to get an amazing equity and rate for our house. We also dealt with Dion, who,… without a doubt went absolutely above and beyond, he far exceeded our expectations of any mortgage broker. He is incredibly knowledgeable and was able to help us consolidate our debt while still preserving all current credit cards/line of credit.
