I am writing a review today because I had a great customer experience today. I purchased a number of products on Black Friday to get my two free hand soaps. When I went to exchange (not return) one of the products for another product of same value,… there was a computer hiccup. Lisa, the store manager, together with sales person Alexi, made it possible to do the exchange even though the computer wanted me to pay more. I really appreciate that Lisa worked with me to complete the exchange.

Charlie in customer service (live chat) is phenomenal at their job. The ability to solve a concern within their capacity limits and actively listen (read) is impeccable customer service. I received some Rocky Mountain natural soap bars & bath bombs as a gift, and I loved them so much I ordered more! I love the various bar soap scents they offer and how soft my skin feels after using them. My… favourite so far is the Raspberry Rooibos because it’s heavenly and gently exfoliates. I also just tried their peppermint shave bar and really do notice a difference in that it helps prevent that razor burn you sometimes get. I will definitely be a repeat customer!!

I just want to comment on my great experience at your canmore location on 8th st. My friend and I visited on July 16th during the afternoon. The two ladies working there were just so amazing and extremely helpful. They went above and beyond in service. I would just like to give them a shout out! Unfortunately I don't remember their same but one lady was blonde and the other lady showed us a picture of the deer that sleeps on her yard. I just want to give recognition to were its deserved. The Rocky Mountain Soap Company in Canmore is the best. The staff is friendly and very helpful. They offered pump bottles with the labels for the refill bottles that I was purchasing. This had never been offered to me at the Edmonton locations that I shop at back home. I’ll go back there again on my next visit.
